The property was amazing - it was spotlessly clean, the hosts left chocolate and Prosecco and clear instructions on how to use all facilities. the location was brilliant, only a short walk into town. the facilities were all great, the house was well furnished and stocked, and had games, a tv and a great outdoor area to enjoy the sunshine. the beds were comfy, the shower was lovely and everything we needed e. g. shower gels, hair dryer were all provided which was wonderful! It met and exceeded all expectations, and all communication with the hosts was great too - thank you!
The parking was a bit of an issue, especially with students back in town. the neighboring properties seemed to be student let's, and they were quite noisy and inconsiderate, which affected our stay.

This place was absolutely incredible! The house was drop-dead gorgeous and unbelievably comfortable. We were celebrating special birthdays and the surprise treats of Prosecco, chocolates, and a lovely card left us in awe. The fridge was stocked with milk and water, and there were plenty of toiletries in the bathroom for us to use. I would highly recommend this place to all my friends and family. Pete, the owner, was so attentive and even left a little gift for us upon arrival. The property was immaculately clean, stylish, and furnished to perfection. It had everything we needed for a short or long stay. And can I just say, the beds were a dream! So cozy and comfortable, it truly felt like a home away from home. The soft furnishings throughout the house were delightful, and there was ample wardrobe and drawer space. Checking in and out was a breeze, and we appreciated not having to rush with an 11am check-out time. The location was great, just a short walk from the city center. Before our stay, the owner reached out to see if we needed anything, which was a nice personal touch. And let's not forget the prosecco and chocolates on the table - they were the cherry on top! Additionally, there were a couple of convenient shops just a 5-minute walk away where we could grab breakfast supplies. our experience here was absolutely mind-blowing.

We had a fantastic stay at this house! The owner went above and beyond, leaving us treats like Prosecco and chocolates, which was a lovely surprise. The house itself was absolutely gorgeous, with comfortable beds and plenty of wardrobe space. The soft furnishings throughout added a cozy touch. Additionally, the location was perfect, just a short walk into the city center and close to shops for any necessities.
The parking situation. The street was a bit untidy, with skips taking up spaces and rubbish blowing around.

Despite the noisy road, even the lightest sleeper in our group slept fine with ear plugs. The walk along the canals and North Gate locks to the city centre was jaw-droppingly scenic.
